Top tips to stay healthy in Monsoon season

Monsoon is the season where we get lot if a Germs and easy spreading of disease happens.

To prevent ourself better from all kind of disease we need to be physically strong with a strong stamina.

1) Eat fruits everyday as they help you to restore energy. Apple, Mangoes, Pomegranates and pears are best suggestible.

2) Have low to medium salt food as high salt food are responsible for Blood Pressure and water retention.
3) Eating watery food like watermelon, Muskmelon, Lassi creates swelling in the body, so try to eat minimum of them.
4) In monsoon foods like brown rice, Oats, barley are the best foods to have.
5) Garlic can increase body immunity specially in monsoon, so slightly adding garlic in food can increase immunity.
6)Yogurt, curd, almond can be consumed instead of other unhealthy foods.

7) Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
8)Bitter Herbs, turmeric powder and methi consumption can prevent your infection.
9) Skin irritation is caused in the monsoon season due to spicy foods. Problems like skin colour dullness also skin damage are caused due to over spicy foods consumption in monsoon.
10) Wash the vegetables  properly particularly if they are consumed raw.
11) Boiled water, not necessary that water should be hot, boiled water and then cooled can be consumed.
12)When you are suffering from Cold or Cough, drink radish juice everyday.
