This little Kid who has no house stays in Jaipur, he does magic for people who visits the Jaipur city and makes some money for his survival , the lady shown in that video is the the KID's mom and she this kid and he has a younger brother, this has got the magical skills, he hasn't gone to school much but still he learnt English through few of the good people!!
